Raise the flag, raise your spirits and celebrate this proud holiday at City Center. Come out early and enjoy patriotic performances and pay your respect at the Wall of Honor. Then grab some delicious food and picnic on the lawn to hear the best of Americana music played by an extraordinary ensemble of musicians!
Before the concert, please feel free to visit the Wall of Honor and add mementos in acknowledgement of the courage and sacrifice of those who have served or are currently serving to maintain the rights and freedoms of this country. The Wall will be located in the Gazebo on Town Center Drive.
Please feel welcome to bring personal mementos such as photos or letters. In addition, the following will be provided at the Wall: Note Paper and Markers, Yellow Ribbons, and Red Remembrance Poppies.
A donation has been given by Virginia Arts Festival to the American Legion Auxiliary to provide the poppies.
