The 11th Annual PANorama Caribbean Music Fest is the only place where you can enjoy great Caribbean music and food while basking in the fresh ocean breezes of the breath-taking Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This year's headliner performances by ADLIB, current and 3-time Brooklyn Panorama Champions, will feature a high energy and authentically Caribbean repertoire with arrangements by André White and a special guest performance by Liam Teague.

FRIDAY MAY 10

WORKSHOPS, VIrginia Beach Convention Center, Meeting Suite 1
Dr. Lennard Moses, Gary Gibson and Liam Teague will present sectional workshops concurrently, followed by an engine room demonstration and mass steel band performance.
6:30PM: Opening Act: Eastern Kentucky University Steelband

STEEL BAND COMPETITION, 24th STREET OCEANFRONT PARK
Show the audience and adjudicators what you can do! The Steel Band PANorama Competition will feature steel bands from across North America. Approximately 25 bands will perform in four categories for ratings and awards.
