Virginia Beach Rising Stars:

The Virginia Beach Rising-Stars were added to the program in the fall of 2003. This ensemble is made up of 28 of the Virginia Beach areas most talented young musicians. The members of this ensemble are selected from the music programs at Kempsville, Salem, Brandon, and Larkspur middle schools by audition. Congratulations to the new members:
